Girl….sis….it’s been almost an entire year since I’ve posted on MM. And sooooo much has happened. Let me take a quick minute to update you. Yep…you read that right! I had a whole entire baby on yall and didn’t say a word smh! It wasn’t on purpose. I was so overwhelmed with the pandemic & honestly I didn’t feel very good for the majority of my pregnancy so I went into hibernation mode.

Can yall believe that we are basically a year into this panoramic (aka panny aka porcupine bka pandemic)?? We spent the first 3 months of quarantine with my parents in South Carolina and it was glorious. Roman absolutely LOVED being with his Grammy & Grampie, I was able to do my classes & shift virtually via Zoom, & Chris & I enjoyed the extra support as parents.

Lord knows we would need it because in mid-April 2020 I found out that I was PREGNANT! That’s right…Roman is a big brother and I am the mommy of an absolutely gorgeous & sweet baby girl named Egypt. She was born in late December 2020 and was the perfect way to end a wild & crazy year.

So, What’s Next? Am I Sticking Around?

I am back!! In fact, I am less than 140 days away from graduating from Naturopathic Medical school and I could NOT be more excited! Whew, chile, it’s been a LONG journey and I am looking forward to living life as a young doctor. I will be building Motherhood Manifested as well so expect to see more posts from me along with some upcoming programs that I am putting together as we speak! The future is looking bright & beautiful!
